Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only. Returns and refunds are not available.

Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be raised within 3–5 days of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Eligible Items

  • Customized or altered products
  • Items purchased during sale or special offers
  • Used or damaged products

As we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds are not applicable.
